Dr. Pai is the Chief Medical Officer at Petal + Stem. She is a highly skilled and experienced physician with a passion for aesthetic medicine and certification in peptide therapy. Dr. Pai graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School in 2004; with over 20 years of clinical experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Petal + Stem.
Dr. Pai is a certified master injector through the Allergan corporation, and has trained alongside top injectors through Galderma, Allergan and Revance. She is a graduate of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, and incorporates Swift Beauty facial rebalancing, facial ratio optimization and ultrasound guidance in her practice.
A native of Michigan, Dr. Pai moved to Minnesota in 2014. In addition to her professional pursuits, she enjoys spending time with her family, lifting weights, traveling and caring for others. With a passion for individual empowerment, she is an active advocate for survivors of domestic abuse and is proud to support a person’s unique individual journey to live their most fulfilling and uniquely beautiful life.

Dr. Meysam Kebriaei, MD, MBA, Chief of Neurocognitive Sciences at Petal + Stem. He is a dual board-certified pediatric and adult neurosurgeon with over 10 years of experience. He has been recognized multiple times as a Top Doctor by his colleagues in Minnesota Monthly and Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine. Dr. Kebriaei earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. He completed his neurosurgery residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and further specialized with a pediatric neurosurgery fellowship at Emory University. Additionally, he holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
Dr. Kebriaei currently serves as the Medical Director of Neurosurgery at Children's Hospital Minnesota as well as the Medical Director of Neurosciences at North Memorial Health Hospital. His professional interests include studying the mind and body, with a focus on promoting improved and prolonged health spans for his patients through cutting-edge scientific knowledge, diet, and exercise. An avid runner, Dr. Kebriaei has completed multiple half and full marathons.
Dr. Sachin Patel is chief of medical innovation for Petal + Stem bringing the newest science-based treatments and technology to the institute. He received his medical degree from the University of Michigan in 2004 and underwent additional training in neurosurgery and radiology at the University of Michigan from 2004-2016. He is board certified in radiology with additional sub-certifications in pediatric radiology and adult neuroradiology. He has multiple peer reviewed publications and has been an invited speaker at national and international medical conferences.
Dr. Patel is also a Healthcare Administration Scholar from the University of Michigan and division head for pediatric neuroradiology at Children’s Hospital of Minnesota. In addition, he is an active investor in residential real estate, biotech startups, and commercial franchises around the country. Dr. Patel is active in his community and works closely with the Summit Hill Association Working Group and Grand Avenue Business Association in Saint Paul.
McKenna is an advanced practice esthetician and laser provider. She has over 1200 hours of education in esthetics. She completed her medical esthetics and laser certification program at a prestigious program in Scottsdale, Arizona that kicked off her career. After moving back to the Twin Cities area, she attended Saint Paul College’s Advanced Esthetics program to further her education.
She has a huge passion for all things skin and beauty. She loves creating customized multi-modality protocols for her clients to address their specific skin care needs and concerns. She has a tremendous knowledge base of ingredients in skincare and will go the extra mile to find the best routine for her clients.
With over a decade of experience leading the business side of aesthetic dermatology and surgical practices, our practice manager, Melissa, excels in guiding physician-led, patient-focused teams.
As an operations professional, she strives for a top-notch patient experience, cultivating a positive workplace environment, and finding ways to continuously improve. She believes that nurturing curiosity and a healthier, best version of oneself is truly empowering. She is thrilled to be part of this amazing team and to support Petal + Stem’s mission. Outside of work, she enjoys music, reading, sewing, biking, time with friends and family and walking her dog.
Shalonda Jackson is thrilled to be part of the Petal + Stem team. Shalonda holds an associate degree in Radiology Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Care Management.
She has worked in healthcare for 20 years and is passionate about mentoring and educating people about imaging. Shalonda will be the director of the ultrasound program at Petal + Stem and assisting out-of-state clients coordinating their ultrasound imaging needs at our correction clinic.
Tracy is a dedicated professional with a passion for helping people look and feel their best. With decades of experience in the beauty industry and marketing, Tracy brings a unique blend of creativity and customer service expertise to her role with Petal and Stem.
Tracy is dedicated to creating a personalized, positive experience for each patient, ensuring they feel valued and confident. She maintains high standards of service, is committed to delivering outstanding experiences, and builds lasting relationships.
Christin is a dedicated Client Concierge at Petal + Stem, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience as an advanced practice esthetician. Her warm demeanor and professional expertise make her an integral part of the Petal + Stem team. Outside of work Christin enjoys time with her grandchildren, her lovely dog, Gemma, and volunteers her time to find forever homes for stray cats.
